After a miscommunication about what tire to replace (slow leak that couldn't be fixed), Tona worked it out so that Germain replaced the right tire for only the cost of labor. Germain was more than fair in this situation. I highly recommend them for your BMW service.

Great place to shop for a new or used car. New car sales manager very helpful to try to get you the best deal. Don’t bother with BMW in Ft Meyers. They wanted full price for a service loaner with miles. Time to go somewhere else.

I brought my X3 in for an oil change and brake fluid flush. The brake service greatly improved my car's braking performance. I received a free wash and interior vacuuming.
