This is my first time in the car industry. My family and I moved here for the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in June of 2013 where I was in customer service for 13 years. When I am not at work I am with my family going to the beach or the pool.
Hi! My name is Jeremy Bongle, Service Advisor here at Germain BMW of Naples. In the fall of 1999, I decided to leave the cold Wisconsin winters behind and moved to sunny Naples. I’ve been in the automotive service industry for 2009 years, the last two with the Germain family. I really enjoy helping people and take pride in treating customers as though they were a family member or friend. My free time is spent with my beautiful wife, our two amazing teenage daughters, and my crazy two year old son.
